Information we collect
We collect the information needed to provide orders, deliveries, memberships, repairs, appointments, classes, and customer support. This may include your name, account details, email address, phone number, service or delivery address, printer information, order history, appointment details, and files or photos you choose to upload.
Payments
Card information is collected and processed by Stripe. Springs 3D Supply does not store full card numbers. We retain payment identifiers and status information needed to manage purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and business records.
How information is used
We use customer information to deliver products and services, communicate about bookings and orders, provide support, prevent misuse, maintain accounting records, and meet legal obligations.
Uploaded files and photos
Printer photos, delivery photos, repair images, and project files are used only for the related service or order unless you give separate permission for another use.
Springs Loop pickups
Recycling pickup records may include your contact information, pickup address and directions, selected pickup window, material description, estimated and accepted weight, pickup status, and any credit recorded after inspection. This information is used to schedule and document the return.
Retention and account requests
You may request correction or deletion of account information by contacting us. Some transaction, tax, payment, safety, or dispute records may need to be retained.
